Catering CT & NY
The Villager Restaurant provides meal preparation and catering services for weddings, events, and parties throughout Litchfield, Dutchess, Fairfield, and Putnam counties. The minimum catering order is 20 guests. To accommodate your catering order and to ensure a smooth process, we ask that you please provide at least two week lead time. Three week lead time is recommended during a busy catering season (graduations, holidays, summer, etc.).
Catering Service Process:
1. You contact us with the catering order details, we prepare a price quote.
2. You pay 50% non-refundable deposit by cash or check, once the check clears, we purchase the ingredients.
3. Food suppliers require one week lead time. When the fresh ingredients arrive, we start to preparing your catering order.
4. Your catering order is either picked up at the Villager restaurant or delivered to you, and you pay the reminding 50%.
